Refund policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. We really do! If for some reason you are not happy with the artwork you have selected, we will try to work with you on a solution. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss the details of an exchange.

Exchanges must be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery and will require appropriate insurance and tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items, or any damage that occurs to an item after delivery has been accepted.

If an item has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. We will require photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging so that an appropriate claim can be filed with the carrier.

Custom orders and commissions require non-refundable payment in advance before commencement of the work. We will work with you throughout the process to make sure you are happy with your commissioned art!
