Shipping policy

 

We ship from our studio in Brighton, Michigan. We make every attempt to ship within 5-7 business days of your order, however, if we are on the road at a show, we will communicate any delays. Large pieces are sent either by FedEx or UPS ground, and smaller pieces are sent through the US Postal Service. If you have a specific deadline or would like to upgrade to a faster method of delivery, please let us know.

Shipments are insured and some will require a signature. If you are not going to be available at home to sign for your shipment, another option could be shipping it to a business address.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location or any additional postage to re-ship the order if the package has been returned to us due to being provided an incorrect address.
